I wanted to check in to see what other schools do for their yearly health forms for students. If there are any schools that have their health forms online, so that parents can fill them out electronically,  could you please let me know what program you use? Our health forms are still on paper, but we are looking to eventually have them available to be filled out electronically. Any input would be much appreciated.
